What happened to the Planet Trade Organization after Frieza and King Cold were killed?

Since Goku and entourage left most of Friezas army intact, I guess some of his high ranking officers took over the company, maybe still leading it,…

A massive power vaccum that many tried and failed to fill, and riots and uprisings all over as people eventually heard about what happened on Namek/Earth. Depending on whether or not you subscribe to filler (unless this happened in the manga, I can’t remember), Vegeta destroyed most of the stragglers when he was up in space for a year looking for Goku.

What happened to the Planet Trade Organization after Frieza and King Cold were killed?

The PTO shifted from one greedy commander to another, before it eventually imploded into dozens of independent factions. Some worlds previously oppressed by the Cold family made use of weapons facilities and trade networks left in place by the PTO and some engaged in colonizing and conquering neighboring planets as ‘resource worlds.’ For the wealthier and strong planets, the end of the PTO meant liberation and freedom from tyranny, but for the vast majority it meant slavery under a revolving door of new masters.

Also, thanks to a lack of fear of an all powerful warlord family, space pirates and trafficking took off, creating lawless planets filled with criminals, former soldiers, and the darkest things of the universe lurking in the power void left behind Frieza and King Cold (and probably Cooler too come to think of it)

They held quite a bit of power and I imagine their loss caused a major vacuum and a massive struggle to fill the void. I think things were a mess for years, but eventually, someone was powerful enough to knock the poseurs aside and take the helm. I also think they probably weren’t as powerful as Buu or Gokuu or Gohan, but that they were smart enough to stay away from that quadrant of the galaxy.

They probably started out alone, but slowly gathered genuinely loyal followers and planned out a proper dynasty. I think they’d be sneaky, devious and clever- they’d learn from any mistakes Freeza and his family made. As the old saying goes- those who don’t learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.

Since Goku and entourage left most of Friezas army intact, I guess some of his high ranking officers took over the company, maybe still leading it, although I think, the company and empire couldn´t be kept and splitted, leaving the rest of the galaxy to form new governments and possibly some wannabe-tyrannts (if we take GT into account, would explain all those little world conquerors). Seems likely, since no one bothered to come to earth (and they would be hardly afraid, not knowing exactly what happend on Namek or where Frieza actually ended)

What happened to Android Seventeen after the Cell Saga?

I think 17 chose to go off on his own. 18 and him would every now and then see each other, but 17 wanted to just wanted to be by himself. 17 felt a certain amount of freedom after Cell’s defeat and wanted to make the most of it. He wasn’t thrilled that 18 married Krillin because he felt he was inadequate. However he has a good relationship with Marron.
